Introduction
This five-day course covers core concepts and tools for making and implementing business strategy. You will learn how to assess markets, set priorities, and turn strategic choices into concrete plans. The program emphasizes practical tools, templates, and decision-making steps you can use back on the job. Sessions combine short lectures, case work, and hands-on templates.
